Meet the Anaheim Team Behind Walt’s Insulation
Walt’s Insulation has been the one down the road in Anaheim since 2000, and the crew we send into your home is the whole reason that still means something. We don’t subcontract the work out to whoever’s available. The people who show up at your door work for Walt Brenner directly, wear our uniforms, and carry the same Done Right Promise on every single job. They know Anaheim homes, they know our summers, and they know what it takes to get an attic right the first time.
Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Technician
Marcus has been with Walt’s Insulation for 14 years, starting as an installer and working his way up to lead technician. He’s certified in spray foam application and handles most of our Icynene and Demilec jobs in Anaheim and the surrounding Orange County area. If you get a home energy audit, odds are Marcus is the one up in your attic with the blower door and thermal camera. He grew up in Fullerton and still talks about the 110-degree July when he learned exactly why radiant barrier matters in a south-facing attic. Off the clock, he’s rebuilding a 1968 Camaro in his garage, slowly.
Denise R. – Senior Installer
Denise joined us 9 years ago after a career in residential construction, and she’s the person we put on the tricky jobs. Crawl space encapsulation, vapor barriers, rodent proofing, insulation removal after a leak, that’s her territory. She’s Owens Corning and Johns Manville certified and has probably worked in every tract home layout in Anaheim at least twice. Denise is the one who’ll tell you straight if your insulation really needs replacing or if a repair will do the job. She keeps a garden that her neighbors on the west side are openly envious of.
Eric L. – Attic Specialist
Eric came to us 6 years ago and has become our go-to person for attic air sealing and blown-in insulation. He’s Knauf and GreenFiber trained and handles most of the attic cleaning and rodent proofing calls we get in Anaheim. Eric grew up in a 1950s ranch house off Lincoln Avenue, so he knows exactly what lurks in the attics of Orange County’s older homes. He’s also the reason our trucks always have a decent radio station queued up. When he’s not under roof decking, he’s coaching his daughter’s softball team.
Sarah K. – Service Coordinator
Sarah is likely the first voice you hear when you call us, because a live person answers every call, 24/7, and Sarah handles most of our daytime scheduling. She’s been with Walt’s for 7 years and knows our crew’s availability better than anyone. She also knows the service county well enough to tell you whether that no trip charge applies to your address. Sarah lives in Anaheim and can tell you which parts of the city tend to have older insulation just based on the era the neighborhood was built. She once rescheduled three jobs around a surprise summer storm without missing a single appointment.
One Standard, Every Job
Every person on this page works under the same rule Walt put in place back in 2000: if it’s not done right, we make it right. That’s the Done Right Promise, and it applies whether Marcus is spraying foam in a new addition, Denise is sealing a crawl space off the 91, or Eric is pulling old fiberglass out of a 1970s attic. We pay our people to be thorough, not fast, which is why lifetime workmanship isn’t a marketing line for us. It’s just what Walt expects. Background-checked, uniformed, and accountable to a local business that actually answers its phone. That’s the whole point of being the one down the road.
